When Full Circle Property Maintenance launched in January 2024, founders Mike Kuchi and Keanan Adams set their sights on becoming Winnipeg’s go-to name for lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal. Their vision was to build a local reputation for high-quality, reliable property maintenance and use strong visual content to showcase their work, season after season.
The real challenge was building recognition. While their service quality spoke for itself on the job site, translating that into a strong online presence proved difficult. They made an early push on social media, posting consistently while managing the demands of daily operations, but burnout quickly set in and traction was minimal. They also experimented with Meta ads to generate leads, but the results fell flat.
Mike and Keanan knew they needed a new engine for brand visibility and lead generation. When they saw their first draft video from us, they were ready to go all in.
