The Challenge
Hiru Auto Sales and Service is a trusted used vehicle dealership in Winnipeg, known for affordable pricing and reliable service. But in October, they hit a major roadblock. Sales dropped to just 2 vehicles that month.
The problem wasn’t inventory. Their lot was full of quality sedans, trucks, and SUVs ready to go. The issue was inconsistent leads. Some months would bring in 15 car sales, while others would stall completely.
This unpredictable cycle made it hard to plan, staff, and keep momentum going. With the slow season kicking in and winter approaching, Hiru Auto urgently needed a strategy to drive consistent traffic and turn their growing inventory into steady sales.
The Strategy
To break the cycle of inconsistent sales, we built a targeted Meta Ads strategy focused on increasing visibility and attracting higher-quality leads. Hiru Auto could no longer rely solely on Facebook Marketplace, which often brought in low-intent price shoppers.

The Result
Within the first week of launching the meta ad campaign, Hiru Auto went from selling just 2 vehicles in an entire month to selling 5 vehicles in 11 days.The leads coming in were motivated and ready to buy. Instead of wasting time on low-intent shoppers, the sales team was engaging with serious buyers who had already seen the inventory through targeted ads.
In total, Hiru Auto generated around $13 000 in vehicle sales from just $243 in ad spend, resulting in a return on ad spend (ROAS) of over 54x. More importantly, the dealership established a repeatable strategy to generate consistent leads and keep inventory moving, even during slower months.
